ApeSync is a trading engine. It buys the coins your own team's dev wallets launch, in the same block as the launch, copies the trades of wallets you choose to follow, and sells positions by itself when your rules say so. It runs on Apache's servers in Frankfurt, and your team steers it from a panel inside Apache. There is nothing to install and nothing to keep open.
Two switches decide what the engine is allowed to do: Money says whether anything is really sent, Buying says whether anything new is bought. Everything else on this site is detail on top of those two.
The engine and the panel
The engine is the only part that trades. Every step where milliseconds matter, like a buy into a launch block or a sell rule firing, happens inside the engine on the server. The panel at /apesync/<workspace> only sets it up and shows you what it does, live.
That split has a practical side: closing your browser changes nothing. Positions keep being managed, sell rules keep watching prices, and a launch from a followed dev is bought whether or not anyone is looking. Settings you save reach the engine within about a second and apply from the next launch or sell, with no restart.
If the panel loses its link to the engine, pages show a notice such as Engine not connected instead of data, and the switches are disabled until it answers again. The notice checks by itself and turns into Engine is back when the link returns. What it means is covered in The overview.
Your workspace
A workspace is one team's trading desk on the engine. It has its own buy wallets, the dev wallets it follows, the leaders it copies, its sell rules and its history. One engine serves every workspace, and each workspace sees only its own.
- Buy wallets are the engine's own wallets, generated or imported. The engine keeps their keys, and each wallet buys on its own. A wallet belongs to exactly one workspace.
- Dev wallets are the wallets your team launches coins from. When one you follow creates a coin, the engine buys it.
- Leaders are other traders' wallets whose trades you copy.
- Flows split a workspace into strategies, each with its own devs, leaders, wallets and, if you like, its own buying and selling. See Flows.
If several workspaces follow the same dev or leader, each of them buys, and the order between them is shuffled on every launch so nobody is always first. People join a workspace by invitation, with a role that decides what they may do; see Workspaces and roles.
Money and Buying
The two switches sit in the header of every ApeSync page. On a phone the header shows a status pill instead, like Dry run · buying, and the switches move to a card under the Overview's banner.
Build and simulate everything, send nothing. Launches, copy buys and sells are detected and simulated on mainnet with real data.
Real transactions with real SOL, buys and sells. Switching to Live asks you to type LIVE first.
Buy new launches from the dev wallets you follow, and copy leaders' buys.
Don't buy anything new. Positions are still managed and sell rules keep running.
Put together they make four states, and the Overview names each one in big letters:
- Idle: Dry run with Buying off. Nothing new is bought and sells are simulated. Every new workspace starts here.
- Dry run: Dry run with Buying on. The engine does everything it would do for real and simulates it. This is how you practise.
- Live: Live with Buying on. Real money, buying.
- Live, not buying: Live with Buying off. Nothing new is bought, but sell rules and manual sells send real transactions. Use it to wind down positions.
Four ways the engine trades
Follow your team's dev wallets. When one creates a coin, every ready wallet buys it in the launch block. Snipe
Follow other traders. Their pump.fun buys are repeated from your wallets, and their sells can be mirrored. Copytrade
Take profit, stop loss, trailing stop and more, checked inside the engine on every price update. Sell rules
Sell 25%, 50% or 100% of a position with one click, buy more of it, or sell everything with the panic button. Positions
Snipes and copy buys need Buying on. Sell rules and manual sells work in every state: they are simulated in Dry run and real in Live.
How a buy happens
A Solana block lasts about 400 ms. The engine reads a followed dev's create transaction before it has executed, and sends a buy from every ready wallet at once, aiming for the very block that creates the coin. Anyone who waits to see the launch confirmed is already a block or more behind.
Every wallet buys separately, so History shows one result per wallet: +0 means it landed in the launch block itself, the best possible result, and +1 one block later. The dev's own bundle always lands ahead of everyone; nothing can beat it, and the engine doesn't try.
Once a coin is bought it becomes a position. From there the sell rules watch it on every price update, and the panel shows it live on Positions. ApeSync takes a share of profit only, sell by sell, and nothing on losses or in Dry run; see Service fee.
