ApeSync is built for teams. A workspace is one team's desk: everyone in it trades with the same wallets, follows the same devs and sees the same positions, while roles decide who may take money out, see keys or change the workspace itself.
Workspaces
You can belong to several workspaces and switch between them from the workspace switcher in the header. With exactly one workspace and no invitations, /apesync goes straight in; otherwise it shows a picker, the one you opened last first.
New workspaces are made on /apesync/new, the page that also lists invitations waiting for you. Each new workspace starts in Dry run with Buying off and no wallets, devs or leaders. Everything inside one workspace is invisible to the others: a wallet belongs to exactly one.
Roles
The Members page explains the three roles in one line each:
- Owner
- Everything, including owners, ownership and deleting the workspace.
- Admin
- Manages members and settings, withdraws SOL and sees the wallets' private keys.
- Member
- Trades: buying on/off, devs, copy leaders, settings, wallets, buys and sells. No withdrawals or keys.

Invite people
- Make sure they have access
The person needs an account with ApeSync access first. Access is turned on per account by an admin.
- Invite
Owners and admins see Invite someone on the Members page. Enter their Username or email, choose a Role (Member or Admin) and press Invite.
- They join
The invitation waits in their workspace menu until they join. Until then it's listed under Waiting to join, where you can withdraw it.
Roles can be changed later from the members list. Only owners make or remove owners, and the last owner can't leave: hand ownership to someone else first.
Workspace settings
Workspace, under Team in the sidebar, holds the settings that belong to the whole desk.
- Generalowners · admins
- Name and URL. Changing the URL breaks old links.
- Market numbersUSD ($5.2K) · SOL
- How market figures like limits and market caps are shown and typed. Switching converts every limit at the live SOL price, so nothing actually moves. Your own SOL, like buy sizes, balances and PnL, always stays in SOL.
- Withdrawal addressesowners · admins
- Where money may leave the workspace. A new address works 24 hours after it's added. The switch Only to these addresses turned off allows any address, right away: simpler, less safe.
- Leave workspace
- You lose access to its wallets until someone invites you again. The wallets stay with the workspace.
- Delete workspaceowner only
- Only with no wallets and no open positions left. You type the workspace's name to confirm.
Safety for teams
A shared desk means shared risk, so the moments where money can be lost or taken have extra checks:
- Going Live asks you to type LIVE, and turning Buying on while Live shows what will be spent before it asks again.
- The snipe limit stops buying after a set number of launches, across every flow, until someone resets it.
- Withdrawals are for owners and admins, to saved addresses only (with a 24 hour wait for new ones), and ask for a two factor code if the account has it on for withdrawals.
- Private key exports need two factor authentication every time, and each one is recorded in the audit log with who did it.
Two factor authentication
Owners and admins who might export a key should turn on two factor authentication in their account first: without it, Export private key… asks you to turn it on. Details on exports and withdrawals are in Wallets.
