The overview

Money, buying and the engine at a glance, and what each status means.

The Overview is the first page of every workspace. It greets you with gm and your name, and answers the questions that matter at a glance: is the engine running, is it spending real SOL, is it buying, how many snipes are left before the limit, and how the open positions are doing.

The Overview while Live and buying: the banner says what the engine is set to do, launches, buys and sells land in the feed as they happen, the snipe counter counts toward its limit, and the PnL figures follow.

The engine banner

At the top, over the night desert, the engine's version and uptime sit above one big word for its state, with a sentence that explains it. The Money and Buying switches that set the state are in the header of every page; on a phone, where the header has no room for them, they sit in a card right under the banner.

LiveLive · Buying on
Real money, buying. New launches from your dev wallets and copy buys are bought on mainnet, and every sell is real.
Live, not buyingLive · Buying off
Real money, but nothing new is bought. Manual sells and sell rules send real transactions.
Dry runDry run · Buying on
Practice: launches and copy buys are detected, built and simulated on mainnet. Nothing is sent.
IdleDry run · Buying off
Not buying, and sells are simulated. Positions are still tracked live. A new workspace starts here.
Offlineno link
The panel can't reach the engine right now. The switches come back when it reconnects.
Connectingstarting
The panel is waiting for the engine's first answer.

What it watches

Along the bottom of the banner, a strip says what the engine is set to act on. Each part opens its page.

Snipesdone / limit
The snipe counter, below.
Devsfollowed
Tracked dev wallets switched on: their launches are bought the moment they happen. See Snipe.
Leaderscopying · paused
Leader wallets being copied, and how many are paused. It reads copy buys are off when copying is switched off. See Copytrade.
Sell rulesN of 10 on · Off
How many sell rules are on, or Off when automatic selling is off and you sell by hand. See Sell rules.
Feedsconnected / all
The data feeds the engine reads launches and trades from. all connected is the normal state; a feed that dropped shows as reconnecting.

The header pill

Every ApeSync page carries the same state in its header, next to the small Money and Buying switches. On a phone the switches don't fit, so the pill stands in for them (and the Overview shows them under its banner). It reads Live · buying, Dry run · buying, Idle, Live · not buying, Engine offline or Connecting…, and links back to the Overview.

While the engine is buying, the pill also shows snipes done against the limit, for example 3/10, or ∞ when there is no limit. If the live link drops for a moment it reads Reconnecting… and live updates pause until it's back.

The buy sound

The header also has Sound when a buy lands, on by default: a three note chime when a real snipe lands and a short two note chirp for a landed copy buy. Nothing plays in Dry run. Browsers only allow sound after you've clicked somewhere on the page once.

The snipe counter

Snipes, first in the banner's strip, shows how many launches the engine has bought since the counter was last reset, against the limit you set on the Snipe page. It is a safety net: at the limit the engine stops buying, so a bad run can't drain the wallets.

  • Under the limit it says how many are left, for example 6 more before it stops.
  • At the limit the count turns red and reads limit reached: not buying until you reset it.
  • With no limit set it shows ∞ and no limit: it buys every launch while buying is on.

The reset button next to Snipes asks Reset the snipe counter? and Reset to 0 starts the count again. The counter covers every flow in the workspace, and resetting it also resets each flow's own count.

Positions and PnL

Open positionsvalue · count · cost
What the coins the engine holds are worth now, how many there are, and what they cost in SOL.
Unrealized PnLSOL · %
Profit or loss on what is still held, at current prices.
Realized PnLSOL
Profit or loss already taken by sells. It links to History and launches.
Buy walletsSOL · N of M enabled
The SOL in all buy wallets together, and how many of them are enabled.

Live activity and the side cards

Live activity lists launches, buys (sniped and copied), sells and engine messages as they happen, newest on top. Filter it with All, Trades, Launches or Logs. A dot in its corner reads Live, Reconnecting… or Paused.

  • The Copytrade card shows whether Copy buys are on, how many leaders are being copied, and the last four copies. If copy buys are on while Buying is off it warns you: On, but Buying is off: nothing is copied.
  • The Service fee card, when the fee applies to your workspace, shows the rate, what has been paid so far and anything owed, with a link to the details. See Service fee.

When the engine can't be reached

The panel keeps a live link to the engine. If that link is lost, pages show a notice instead of data, and the switches are disabled so nothing can be changed blind. The engine itself keeps running on the server: positions and sell rules don't depend on the panel being connected.

Engine not connected
The link is down or the engine is restarting. The usual case, and usually short.
Engine not configured
This panel has no engine to talk to. Ask your admin.
The engine rejected the panel
The engine refused the panel's credentials. Ask your admin.
The engine returned an error
The engine answered, but with an error.

Each notice says Checking again automatically. This page updates by itself once the engine answers. There's no need to reload: when the link returns, the notice turns into Engine is back and the page fills in.
