Getting going
How do I practise without risking anything?
Keep Money on Dry run and turn Buying On. Launches and copy buys are detected, built and simulated on mainnet with real prices, sell rules fire on the simulated positions, and nothing is sent. Every new workspace starts in Dry run with Buying off.
How do I snipe my team's launches?
On Snipe, add the dev wallet and press Follow, then set Amount per wallet. On Wallets, generate a few wallets and fund them until they read Ready. Turn Buying on, and switch Money to Live when you want it for real. The full walk is in Getting started.
How do I fund the wallets?
Send SOL to their addresses from anywhere, for example from your Apache wallets. Copy enabled addresses on the Wallets page copies them all. Each wallet needs its buy amount plus about 0.01 SOL for fees; its state turns Ready when it has enough.
How do I run two strategies side by side?
Use flows. On Flows, press New flow, tick its dev wallets, leaders and buy wallets, and set its Buying or Selling to Its own. Test it in the Lab before it trades. See Flows.
Buying
Why wasn't a launch bought?
Open Launches. A Skipped row shows the exact reason: Buying was off, the snipe limit was reached, a filter said no, no wallet was ready, a service fee was owed, or the dev's flow was paused. Every reason is explained in History and launches.
How do I land in the same block more often?
Raise the priority fee: Speed on Aggressive or Max, or a Custom priority fee. Keep Fire on the pre-execution feed on. Check the Where … snipes land card first: it tells you whether speed or tips held you back. A bigger tip rarely helps, and nothing beats the dev's own bundle. See Snipe.
How do I copy many traders at once?
On Copytrade, press Add many and paste one wallet per line, with or without names. Choose Same as a leader you copy to give them all an existing leader's settings, or Engine defaults for new leaders.
Can a copied coin exit on its own targets?
Yes. Edit the leader and turn on Auto-sell, for example 50% at 2× and the rest at 3×, with a stop loss if you want one. It replaces the global sell rules for that leader's coins, including ones already open. See Copytrade.
Where do I see which launchpad a coin was created on?
On Launches: every coin your devs created carries a badge for its platform, next to whether it was bought. The Snipe page itself talks about pump.fun, and Copytrade and the Lab work with pump.fun coins only.
Selling and money
How do I stop buying but keep managing positions?
Set Buying to Off. Nothing new is bought; sell rules and manual sells keep working, for real if Money is Live. With Money on Live, the state reads Live, not buying.
How do I sell everything right now?
On Positions, the Panic button card has SELL ALL. After one confirmation it fires every wallet's signed 100% sell on every position at once. See Positions.
How do I withdraw profits?
Owners and admins: on Wallets, use Send and choose Out of the workspace, to a saved withdrawal address. A new address works 24 hours after it's added. Money must be Live, and any owed service fee is paid first.
What does ApeSync cost?
A share of each sell's profit, only on coins bought through ApeSync. Losses and Dry run pay nothing, and so do deposits and withdrawals. Your rate is on the Service fee page; the details are in Service fee.
Buying stopped and there's a fee banner. What now?
A service fee has been owed for more than ten minutes. Put SOL in any wallet of the workspace: the owed fee is collected within about a minute and buying resumes by itself. Selling was never paused.
Can I use a wallet in Phantom or Axiom?
Owners and admins can export its key from the wallet's ⋯ menu with Export private key…, which needs a two factor code. The other way round, Import wallet brings an existing wallet in by its private key. See Wallets.
Workspace and safety
Can I show limits in dollars?
Yes, and new workspaces already do. Owners and admins switch Market numbers between USD and SOL in the workspace settings. Limits are converted at the live SOL price, so nothing actually moves; your own SOL amounts stay in SOL.
Who can switch to Live?
Anyone in the workspace, members included: it's a trading action. The panel asks them to type LIVE first. Withdrawals and key exports are for owners and admins only. See Workspaces and roles.
What happens if I close the browser?
Nothing changes. The engine runs on the server: launches are still bought while Buying is on, and sell rules keep watching every position. The panel is only the window onto it.
What if the panel says the engine isn't connected?
Pages show a notice instead of data and the switches are disabled. The notice keeps checking by itself and turns into Engine is back when the link returns; there's no need to reload. See The overview.
Is there a devnet or testnet mode?
No. ApeSync works on Solana mainnet only. Dry run is the practice mode: it simulates on mainnet with real data and sends nothing.
