Copytrade follows other traders' wallets, called leaders, and repeats their pump.fun buys and sells from your wallets. You choose who to follow, how much to put in when they buy, which of their buys to ignore, and what to do when they sell. Limits on open positions and daily spend keep a busy leader from running away with your SOL.
Before it copies anything
The status strip at the top of the page tells you whether copying can actually happen:
- Copy buysOn · Off
- The master switch for copying. It belongs to the workspace, not to a flow.
- EngineLive · Dry run · Buying off
- Copy buys need Buying on. In Dry run they are built and simulated like snipes.
- LeadersN / M copying
- How many leaders are being copied out of all you've added.
- Copy feedsconnected / total
- The live feeds watching leaders. They stay idle until you add the first leader.
If something stops copies, a notice says so: copy buys on while Buying is off, every leader paused, no leaders yet, or the reminder that Dry run only simulates.
Add leaders
- One at a time
Under Leaders to copy, paste a Leader wallet address, add a Name (optional) like whale-7, and press Copy wallet. Your own buy wallets are refused.
- Many at once
Add many takes Wallets, one per line: an address, or a name and an address in either order; duplicates are dropped. Under Settings for all of them pick Engine defaults for new leaders or Same as a leader you copy, and decide with Start copying right away whether they start now. Lists go in batches of 500.
- Tune each one
The row's ⋯ menu has Edit settings, Copy settings to other leaders…, Add wallets with these settings, Open on Solscan and Remove.
The table shows each leader's flow, its Copying | Paused switch, buy size, what happens on their sells (OFF, MIRROR or ALL), whether Auto-sell is on, its filters as chips such as 1st buy only (or Copies every buy), how many trades were copied and when the leader last traded. Above 8 leaders a filter box appears; the table shows 25 rows, then Show all N leaders.
Pausing a leader stops new buys, but sells of coins already copied from them are still followed. Removing one asks Stop copying …?; coins already copied stay open. The engine follows at most 1,000 leaders across all workspaces.
Settings per leader
Edit settings opens a dialog titled Copy settings for whale-7, with the leader's name. Buy settings apply from their next trade. Auto-sell applies at once, including to coins already open.
When they buy
- Fixed amountSOL per wallet · 0.05 · up to 50
- Each copying wallet buys this much, whatever size the leader bought.
- Share of their buy10% · up to 1,000%
- Each wallet buys this share of the leader's SOL, up to Cap per wallet (0 = none), which starts at 0.5 SOL.
Skip their buy when…
- It's smaller than0.1 SOL or $15 · 0 = any
- Ignore small buys. In workspaces that show market numbers in dollars the minimum is $15 to start.
- Market cap is above0 = no limit
- Ignore buys into coins that are already big.
- Only their first buy of a coinOn
- Copy the first buy and ignore the leader adding to the same coin later.
When they sell
Their sells are ignored. Your sell rules, and you, decide when to sell.
They sell part of their bag, you sell the same share of yours: they sell 40%, you sell 40%.
Their first sell of the coin closes your whole position, whatever share they sold.
This only applies to coins you copied from that leader.
Auto-sell
Own take-profit and stop-loss gives one leader's coins their own exits, and is off by default. Turning it on fills in 50% at 2×, the rest at 3×. You can have up to 10 steps, each at a multiple (At N×) or a market cap (At mcap X), then a sell percentage of what's left at that moment, plus a stop loss that sells everything when the value is down by a set percentage. While it's on, it replaces the global sell rules for that leader's coins.
Copy settings for every leader
One shared form sets how copies are sent and how far they may go. Save it with Save changes.
- Wallets that copyAll enabled wallets · Pick wallets
- Every enabled wallet, or up to 200 you pick. Inside a flow, copies use that flow's own wallets.
- SpeedNormal · Aggressive · Max · Custom
- The same presets as sniping. Normal is fine for leaders few others copy; Max is for leaders everyone copies.
- Slippage30%
- The quote already assumes the leader's buy lands first.
- Copy on the pre-execution feedOn
- Act on a leader's trade before it's confirmed, where possible.
- Max open copied positions5 · 0 = none · up to 1,000
- Copied coins held at once. Sniped coins don't count.
- Daily budget (last 24 h)1 SOL · up to 10,000
- SOL spent on copy buys over a rolling 24 hours. A failed copy buy doesn't count.
- Skip buys with a fee above25%
- Ignore coins whose buy fee is above this.
How fast a copy lands
It depends on how the leader trades. Leaders who trade pump.fun directly, or through Padre or FLASHX, are seen before their trade executes, so a copy can land in the same block as theirs. Trades routed through Axiom, Photon, Jupiter and similar tools are only seen about 15 to 50 ms after they execute, so the copy comes a little later. History marks copies that made it with best in the leader's block.
Live copy activity
At the bottom, every leader trade and what the engine did about it: when, leader, BUY or SELL, coin, venue, the leader's size, what you did, your amount, which feed saw it first and the leader's transaction. Filter by leader, and by All, Copied, Failed, Sold or Skipped. Load older goes further back.
A copied buy shows Sending… until it resolves, within 30 seconds, into Bought, Partly bought (some wallets failed), Failed (no SOL spent) or, in Dry run, Simulated. A skipped trade gives its reason, for example:
- leader's buy $6 is below the minimum $15
- already copied this coin or already holding this coin
- max open copy positions reached (5)
- daily budget reached (1 of 1 SOL)
- leader paused, copy-trading is off, buying is off
Copied coins appear in Positions with a Copy badge and the leader's name, and run on the leader's Auto-sell if it has one, or on the sell rules of the flow that holds them.
