Getting in

How do I get access?

Sign up on the Create account page with a username, your email and a password, then enter the 6 digit code from the email. Apache is opened per account by approval: until then, the start page says You're on the list. Once it's on, you go straight in. See Getting started.

How do I bring my team in?

On Members, Invite someone by username or email and pick Member or Admin. They need an account of their own; the invitation waits in their workspace menu, and they can join once their Apache access is on. Members do the wallet and coin work; owners and admins also send outside, export keys and manage the team. See Workspaces and roles.

Wallets and SOL

How do I put SOL in?

Deposits land in the workspace's main wallet: Deposit shows its address and a QR code. Send SOL or USDC on the Solana network only. Then Send to funding moves SOL to a funding wallet, which funds buyers in bulk. See Wallet kinds and the panel.

How do I fund 300 buyer wallets at once?

Select them on a folder page or in the buyer table (Select all N takes the whole view), press Fund, pick a funding wallet in From, choose the amount and the route, then Review and Start. A direct fund pays up to 20 wallets per transaction, so 300 wallets take 15. See Fund, collect and reclaim.

How do I get the SOL back?

Collect sweeps up to nine wallets into one treasury wallet per transaction, Everything or Leave some in each. The fees come out of the collected SOL, so the receiving wallet needs nothing of its own.

What is Reclaim rent?

Every token a wallet has held leaves a token account behind that locks about 0.002 SOL. Reclaim rent closes the empty ones and sends that SOL to a funding wallet, which pays the fees. The built in view Rent to reclaim finds the wallets worth it.

Can I close the tab while a job runs?

Yes. Bulk moves, warmups, launches and exit rules run on Apache's servers. Start one from your phone, put it away, and check the job page later. See Jobs.

Direct, Relay or Private: which route?

Direct is fastest and cheapest, but anyone can see the wallets share a source. Relay walks each wallet's SOL through its own chain of 2 to 5 fresh one use wallets, one network fee per hop. Private goes through an exchange, the most private, for about 0.35% plus 0.001 SOL per wallet with a minimum of about $12, when it's available. See Routes: direct, relay, exchange.

A relay job stopped and some SOL is missing. Where is it?

In that job's one use hop wallets, whose keys were saved before any SOL moved. Open the job page: it says how much is still parked and Return to … sends it back to the treasury wallet.

How do I import wallets I already have?

Import wallets takes one private key per line, base58 (as Phantom or Axiom export it) or a Solana CLI array, with an optional name after a comma. Paste them or drop a .txt, .csv, .json or .xlsx file, up to 1,000 at once, as buyers, devs, funding or side wallets. See Import and export keys.

How do I export a key?

Owners and admins with two factor on can: Export private key on a wallet, or Keys in the selection bar for many. Each export asks for a fresh code, is logged before keys leave, and is limited to 20 an hour. A CSV export imports back as is.

How do I withdraw to my Ledger?

In Settings → Withdrawal addresses, add the Ledger's address with Add (works in 24 h). A day later, Withdraw from the main or a funding wallet and pick it under Send to, with a two factor code if your account asks. Owners and admins only. See Security.

What does "Warmed up" mean?

The wallet finished a warmup: it traded a few tiny rounds on fresh pump.fun tokens and sent what the run added home, so it has a history before it matters. Tables show it as a state, and the launch's buyer picker can filter by it. See Warmup.

Can I color folders?

Yes. In a folder's ⋯ menu or its row menu in the panel, pick a Color: Orange, Amber, Lime, Green, Teal, Sky, Indigo, Violet or Pink (or No color). There's no red, since red marks the selection on the map. The color shows in the panel, on folder pages, chips, board cards, the table's folder column, and on the map with Color by Folder. See Folders.

Launch and trading

How do I launch a coin?

Launch coin opens a draft: fill in Coin, Dev, Buyers, Funding and Execution, then press Start. That opens the coin's panel without sending anything. Launch on Pump.fun reads every balance live, asks you to type the ticker, and sends the creation with the dev buy and bundle in one block. See Launch setup.

Can I set the dev buy as a share of supply?

Yes. In the Dev step, switch Dev buy in to % supply and pick 1, 2, 3, 5, 10 or 15%, or type any share up to 79.3%. It's saved as the SOL that takes it at the opening and quoted again from the chain when the launch signs.

How do I sell automatically?

Set up an exit plan: the Exit plan card on the panel, or step 6 of the setup. Add rules (take profit, stop loss, trailing stop, whale buy and more) or load a preset such as Ladder out, then Arm. The rules run on the server and each sells once. See Exit plan and auto sell.

Costs and safety

What does Apache charge?

1.5% of every buy and sell its wallets make: trade box, exit rules, Panic sell, both legs of a handshake and the launch's buys. Funding, collecting, transfers, Reclaim rent, Warmup and burns pay no Apache fee. The fee rides inside the trade's own transaction, into a fee account of that wallet's own. See Fees.

Could someone with my password empty the wallets?

With two factor on, they'd need your phone too. Members can't send outside the workspace at all, and owners and admins can send only to saved withdrawal addresses, each of which waits 24 hours after it's added.

Is there a test mode?

No. Apache runs on Solana mainnet only, and every transaction is real and final. What protects you instead: reviews before anything moves, typed and two click confirmations, and transactions that are saved before they're sent so nothing goes out twice.
