Buyer and side wallets come by the hundreds, so they live in folders: one per launch, per wave, per client, nested as deep as you like within reason. A folder is the unit most moves work on. You fund a folder, collect a folder, warm up a folder, and pick a folder's wallets for a launch. Funding and dev wallets are few and don't use folders.
Two trees
Buyers and side wallets each have their own tree, shown in their own section of the wallets panel. A buyer can only sit in a buyer folder and a side wallet only in a side folder, and drags and drops respect that: a buyer dragged over the side tree has nowhere to land.
- No folder, right under the "All" row of each section, holds the wallets that aren't in any folder. Drop wallets on it to take them out of their folder.
- Folders sort naturally, so
wave-2comes beforewave-10. - Each folder row shows its wallet count, subfolders included, and its SOL once there is some:
300 · ◎9.0. Guide lines show the nesting, and Collapse folders in the section header closes them all. - The filter box at the top of the panel finds folders and wallets by name and opens the branches that match.
To turn side wallets into buyers, select them and press To buyers: you pick the buyer folder they go to. See Wallet kinds and the panel for what each kind is for.
Make, name and nest
- Create a folder
Press New folder in the Buyers or Side section header, or use the Create menu at the top of the panel. A folder is named as it's made; an empty name is refused with "Give the folder a name."
- Add a subfolder
A folder's menu has New subfolder. On a folder page, the dashed Subfolder chip next to its subfolders does the same.
- Rename
Double click a folder in the panel and type, or pick Rename from its menu. Enter saves and Esc cancels.
Move by drag and drop
Moving wallets is a drag. Pick up a wallet row, or a whole selection from a table or the map, and drop it on a folder in the panel tree, on No folder, or on a card in the Folders layout. A toast confirms it, like Moved 12 wallets to launch-09.
- Folders drag too: drop one on another to nest it, or on No folder to bring it back to the top level.
- Hovering a closed folder for a moment while you drag opens it, so you can reach a subfolder deep in the tree.
- Without dragging, Move in the selection bar or Move to… in a row's menu opens a list of folders to choose from.
Folder colors
A color makes a folder easy to find at a glance, in the tree and wherever its wallets show up. Open a folder's menu (the dots on its panel row, or the ⋯ next to its name on its page) and pick a swatch in the Color row. Picking one closes the menu; No color goes back to the plain grey folder.
- Palette9 colors
- Orange, Amber, Lime, Green, Teal, Sky, Indigo, Violet and Pink. There is no red: on the map red means selected.
- Where it showseverywhere the folder does
- The folder icon in the panel tree, the title of its page, the subfolder chips, its card in the Folders layout, the folder column of tables, and the map when you color it by folder.
- Who sees itthe whole workspace
- A color belongs to the folder, not to you, so teammates see the same colors.
A simple scheme works best: one color per stage (fresh, warmed, funded, used), or one per client. Colors don't change what any move does; they are only a label.
The folder page
Click a folder to open its page. The breadcrumb on top leads back through its parents, the title carries the folder's color and a ⋯ menu (rename, add a subfolder, color, delete), and the line under it counts its wallets and the folders inside.
- Add walletsImport · Generate · Warmup
- Import keys into this folder, generate new wallets in it, or start a warmup: new wallets made here or the folder's own wallets (on a side folder, only its own).
- Collect · Fundthe whole folder
- Sweep SOL back to a treasury wallet, or spread SOL to every wallet in the folder. Both count the subfolders while the table shows With subfolders; switch to Only this folder to leave them out.
- Subfolder chipswider screens
- The folders inside, one chip each, with +N more when there are many: it opens the Folders layout.
Below that is the folder's table, which can also be drawn as a map or as a board of subfolder cards. That part is the same for every list of buyers or side wallets and is covered in Tables, map and boards.
Deleting a folder
Delete folder removes the folder only. Its wallets and folders move up a level, into its parent or to the top of the tree, and nothing is lost: no wallet is deleted with a folder.
Limits
Each tree holds up to 1,000 folders, nested up to 8 levels. A move that would nest deeper than that is refused with a message saying so.
