Every list of buyer or side wallets is the same table: Buyer wallets, Side wallets and every folder page. It is built for a few thousand wallets at once. Filters, sorting and sums run on the server across all of them, not just the rows on screen, and whatever you narrow down can be selected in one go and funded, collected, warmed up or moved.
Scope and search
On a folder page, the first switch decides whether the table counts the subfolders: With subfolders or Only this folder. On the buyers page it's All buyers or Not in a folder, each with its count. Then Search name or address narrows by label or address; press / to jump into it.
A summary line under the toolbar always describes the whole view: how many wallets, the SOL and USDC they hold, and how many empty token accounts could be closed for rent.
Filters
Filter adds conditions, one chip each. Chips stack, and the ✕ on a chip removes it. An amount chip such as SOL more than… can be edited in place.
- SOLbalance
- Funded (≥ 0.001 SOL), No SOL, Dust (< 0.001 SOL), SOL more than…, SOL less than…, and Holds USDC.
- Tokenstoken accounts
- Rent to reclaim (empty accounts that can be closed), Holds token accounts, No token accounts.
- Activitylast transaction
- Active in 24 h, Active in 7 days, Idle 7 days or more, Never used.
- Statewhat it's doing
- In a job, Warming up, Warmed up (finished a warmup run), Not in a job.
Sorting and saved views
Click a column header to sort by it, again to flip the order: Wallet (natural name order), SOL, USDC, Tokens or Activity. The State column shows In a job, Warming or Warmed up.
Above the table sit the views: a filter and sort in one click. The built in ones are All, Funded (richest first), Empty, Rent to reclaim, Warmed up, In a job and Idle 7 d+. When your filters don't match any of them, Save view keeps the combination under a name of your choice.
- Saved views belong to the workspace: every teammate sees them on every buyer and side table.
- The person who saved a view can delete it, and so can owners and admins.
- The whole state of the table (scope, search, filters, sort, layout) lives in the URL, so a link you paste in chat opens the same view for a teammate.
Selecting hundreds at once
Tick a row's box to select it; Shift click selects a range. Rows load in pages of 200 as you scroll, and the header box selects the loaded ones. When the view has more, a banner offers Select all N in this view, which takes every matching wallet, loaded or not. Esc clears the selection. Selected rows can also be dragged onto a folder in the panel.
A selection brings up a bar at the bottom with what it holds (N of M selected, its SOL, and how many token accounts it would close) and what you can do with it:
- Fund · Collectbulk jobs
- Spread SOL to exactly these wallets, or sweep theirs back. See Fund, collect and reclaim.
- Reclaim rentempty token accounts
- Close their empty token accounts and send the rent to a funding wallet.
- Warmupexisting wallets
- Warm up exactly this selection. See Warmup.
- Move · To buyersfolders
- Move to another folder. On side wallets, To buyers turns them into buyers in a buyer folder.
- CSV · Keysfiles
- CSV downloads a spreadsheet: label, address, folder, SOL, USDC, token accounts and last activity, no keys. Keys exports private keys, for owners and admins only.
- Deleteempty wallets only
- Each balance is checked on chain first; only empty wallets are deleted.
Three layouts
The same view can be drawn three ways, switched next to the views: Table, Map and Folders. Filters, scope and search carry over, and so does the selection bar.
Map
One square per wallet, up to 5,000, in the table's order. It shows the shape of a large folder at a glance: where the empty wallets are, which ones haven't moved in weeks, which folder each block belongs to. Color by switches between three readings:
- SOL: greener holds more, grey is empty, yellow is in a job or warming up.
- Activity: bright for today, fading through this week and this month to older; grey has never been used.
- Folder: one color per folder, its own color when it has one; grey is no folder. Hover a square to see which.
Drag a box to select a block, hold Shift or ⌘ to add to it, and double click a square to open that wallet. Selected squares turn red, which is why folders never get red as a color.
Folders
A card per subfolder, with its stats rolled up from everything inside: wallet and folder counts, SOL, how many are funded or empty, wallets busy in a job, and token accounts to close. Each card has Fund and Collect (and Reclaim when there is rent to get back), and a click opens the folder. A first card, Directly in this folder (or Not in a folder at the top), covers the wallets that sit in no subfolder. Cards are drop targets too.
How fresh the numbers are
Balances come from a cache that Apache keeps for every wallet, so a table of 2,000 wallets opens at once. The toolbar says how old they are, like Balances 12 s old, and the round button next to it reads the view again right away.
- SOL and USDC are refreshed about once a minute, and usually at once when a transaction touches the wallet.
- Token accounts and last activity cost more to read, so a wallet gets a full scan when its balance changes, and the rest a light check every 4 hours. A dash in those columns means not scanned yet.
