Every wallet in Apache has a kind, and the kind decides what the wallet is for, where it shows up and which buttons it gets. SOL moves through the kinds in one direction: deposits land in main, main tops up funding wallets, and funding wallets pay for dev wallets and buyers. The colors stay the same on every page, in the menus and on the map, so a square tells you what it is before you read its name.
All wallets are custodial: keys are generated on the server or imported, and kept encrypted there. The wallets panel, a second sidebar on every wallets page, holds all of them in one place.

- Sidesky · up to 10,000
- A spare for small one off jobs. Top it up from a funding wallet, collect it back when done. Side wallets have their own folder tree, and a selection of them can become buyers with To buyers.
Withdraw appears only for owners and admins, because it sends outside the workspace. Every other button is open to every member.
Treasury wallets
Main, funding and dev wallets together are the treasury: the wallets a bulk move can fund from or collect into. Fund, Collect and Warmup always ask for one. Keeping launch budgets in separate funding wallets keeps main as a clean deposit and withdrawal point.
Hop wallets
A relay move makes its own one use wallets, the hops, and empties each one behind the SOL. They are never listed with your wallets, but you can open one from the job that made it. See Routes: direct, relay, exchange.
The overview page
All wallets in the main menu opens the overview, laid out in the order SOL flows: Main (deposits land here), Funding, Devs, Buyers and Side, numbered 01 to 05.
- The main wallet runs across the width, and under it the SOL held at each stage: all wallets, funding, devs, buyers and side.
- Funding and dev wallets are tables with their balances, eight rows at most until you press Show all.
- Buyers and side wallets show their folders, biggest first, with a Fund and Collect button on each.
- Each section heads with the same pair of buttons in the same order: Import, then the button that makes new wallets of that kind.
The wallets panel
On every wallets page a second sidebar sits right of the main menu. It is built for workspaces with a couple of thousand wallets and hundreds of folders, so it follows one logic for every kind and there is nothing to memorize per kind.
- Top. Wallets with a Create menu (Funding wallet, Dev wallet, Buyer wallets…, Side wallets…, a buyer or side folder, Import wallets…), a filter box (Filter folders and wallets) and an Overview row whose figure is the SOL in main, funding and dev wallets.
- Five sections, in kind order: Treasury (the main wallet), Funding, Devs, Buyers, Side. Side comes last everywhere.
- The same header on each. A chevron that collapses the section (Apache remembers it), the kind's color square and its name. Buttons sit on the right in fixed slots: + for new wallets of that kind is always last, Import of that kind right before it, and the folder kinds add New folder and Collapse folders to their left.
- The same body. An "All …" row first (All funding, All devs, All buyers, All side wallets), which opens the kind's page. Then the wallets themselves for funding and devs, or No folder and the folder tree for buyers and side wallets. While a kind is empty, an add row (Add a funding wallet, Generate buyer wallets) takes its place.
- 840plain number
- How many wallets: in a section's "All" row, or in a folder with its subfolders.
- ◎21.7SOL
- The SOL they hold, from balances refreshed about once a minute.
- 500 · ◎12.7group
- A group with SOL in it shows both. A group with none shows only the count.
Each section keeps a few rows on screen so all five stay visible together; long lists scroll inside their own section, and folder trees give way first. A + pressed while a folder is open makes the new wallets in that folder.
A wallet's own page
Click any wallet to open its page: the SOL balance, its value in dollars and any USDC, the address with a link to Solscan, the buttons for its kind, and Recent activity. Rename it from its row menu.
A wallet can be deleted only once it's empty; otherwise Apache answers "This wallet still holds funds. Move them out first." Deleting removes it from the workspace; importing the same key again later restores it.
Making wallets
- Funding and dev wallets are made one at a time, in one click: the + in their section.
- Buyers and side wallets come in batches: Generate on a folder page or + in the section asks for How many (up to 500) and a Name prefix, which numbers them
Buyer 001,Buyer 002and so on. - Wallets you already have come in by private key, as any kind but main. See Import and export keys.
