Fund, collect and reclaim

Spread SOL to buyers, sweep it back and get rent back from empty token accounts.

Buyer and side wallets come by the hundreds, so SOL never moves to them one click at a time. Fund spreads SOL from one treasury wallet to many wallets at once, Collect sweeps it back, and Reclaim rent closes empty token accounts so the SOL locked in them comes home too. All three run as background jobs on the server: you review the plan, press Start, and can close the tab or put the phone away.

Fund spreads SOL from one treasury wallet: up to 20 buyers share one transaction, so 60 wallets take three.

Fund wallets

Funding always comes from a treasury wallet: the main wallet, a funding wallet or a dev wallet. It goes to all buyers, the buyers in no folder, a folder with its subfolders, side wallets, or exactly the wallets you selected in a table or on the map.

  1. Open Fund where the wallets are

On a folder page press Fund in the header, or select wallets and press Fund in the bar at the bottom. In the wallets panel, a folder's menu has Fund wallets… and a funding wallet's menu has Fund buyers….

  2. Choose the source and the amount

Pick the wallet that pays in From, then one of three amount modes (below). The form shows what the source holds and what the job will take.

  3. Pick a route and a pace

Direct is fastest and cheapest. Relay and Private hide the link between the source and the wallets; see Routes: direct, relay, exchange. The pace decides whether transactions go as fast as possible or one at a time with random pauses.

  4. Review, then Start

Review saves a draft on the server and shows the total, what each wallet gets, the network fees, the source balance before and after, and about how long it takes. Nothing has moved yet. Start hands it to the worker; a draft you don't start expires after 15 minutes.

Same amountper wallet
Every wallet gets the same SOL. An empty wallet needs about 0.0009 SOL just to exist on chain, so smaller amounts are refused.
Randommin · max per wallet
Each wallet gets a different amount inside the range, so the transfers don't look alike.
Top up totarget balance
Each wallet is brought up to the target. The difference is worked out right before its transaction, and wallets already at the target are skipped.

Collect SOL back

Collect is Fund in reverse: up to nine wallets send to one treasury wallet in each transaction. The fees come out of the collected SOL, so the wallet you collect into doesn't need a balance of its own.

What to collectSOL · Token account rent
SOL sweeps the balances. Token account rent closes empty token accounts instead (the same as Reclaim rent, below).
From · Intofolder or selection → treasury
Everything in a folder, subfolders included, or exactly the wallets you selected, into a main, funding or dev wallet. Pick a funding wallet to keep launch money apart from the main treasury.
How muchEverything · Leave some in each
Everything empties the wallets. Leave some keeps a set amount in each (0, or at least about 0.0009 SOL, the smallest balance a wallet can hold).
RouteDirect · Relay · Private
The same routes as funding. A relay collect walks each wallet's SOL through its own one use wallets before it reaches the treasury.

Reclaim rent

Every token a wallet has held leaves a token account behind, and each one locks about 0.002 SOL of rent. Once a wallet has sold, those empty accounts are dead weight. Reclaim rent closes them and sends the rent to a funding wallet, which also pays the fees. If the workspace has no funding wallet yet, create one first.

  • The built in view Rent to reclaim finds the wallets worth it, and the selection bar shows how many accounts a selection would close.
  • The review scans the wallets first. An account that received tokens after the review is skipped, never emptied.
  • Both token programs are covered (SPL Token and Token 2022); wrapped SOL accounts are left alone. One account per transaction.

Single transfers

For one wallet, use its row menu or the wallet page. Deposit shows its address and a QR code. Transfer and Withdraw open the same dialog: pick the Destination (Workspace wallet or External address), SOL or USDC, the amount (Max sends the whole balance minus the exact network fee) and a route. A direct transfer goes at once; a relay or private one runs as a small job. USDC always goes direct.

Inside the workspaceeveryone

Any member moves SOL and USDC between the workspace's own wallets.

Outside addressesowners · admins

Only to saved withdrawal addresses, which start working 24 hours after they're added, with a two factor code when you have it on. See Security.

When something goes wrong

Each transaction is signed and saved before it's sent. A dropped one is sent again as the same transaction, and a new one is built only once the old one provably can't land, so a slow network never pays twice. A job that runs into trouble (the source runs dry, the network stalls) pauses instead of failing, and anything parked in relay hops can be sent home from the job page. The details are in Jobs.
