Fees

The platform fee on trades, and what network costs look like.

Using Apache costs two kinds of money. Apache's own platform fee is 1.5% of the trades its wallets make. Everything else is what Solana and Pump.fun charge anyone: network fees, the priority fees and tips you choose, and rent that accounts lock up and mostly give back. Moving SOL around your wallets is free of any Apache fee.

The fee is one more instruction in the trade's own transaction: no trade lands without its fee, no fee without the trade. Each wallet pays its own fee account, so following a fee leads nowhere near your other wallets.

The platform fee

Apache takes 1.5% of every buy and sell its wallets make on a coin. A workspace can have its own rate, set by Apache; whatever applies to yours is the rate the trade box and the launch's opening show next to Platform fee.

  • Trade box buys and sells, and the quick buttons in the Wallets tab
  • Exit plan rules and Panic sell
  • Both legs of a handshake
  • The launch: dev buy, bundle buys and start buys
No feeeverything else
  • Fund, Collect, transfers and withdrawals
  • Reclaim rent
  • Warmup's tiny rounds
  • Burn, which isn't a trade
  • Trades made with an exported key in another app

Buys pay on top, sells pay from the proceeds

A buy pays on the SOL it spends, on top of it: a wallet that buys for 1 SOL needs 1.015 SOL plus network fees. The launch setup's budgets, its top ups and the balance check at Launch all count it, and a % of SOL buy leaves room for it. A sell pays out of what it brings in, so it never needs extra SOL.

Inside the trade's own transaction

The fee isn't billed later. It's one more instruction in the trade's own transaction, a small transfer right after the swap. No trade lands without its fee and no fee without its trade: if the trade fails or expires, its fee never moves. Fee terms are read together with the market, so they add no wait and no extra network calls.

No shared fee wallet

A shared fee address would tie every wallet that ever paid it together, across your workspace and everyone else's, for any bubble map or "same owner" scanner to see. So there isn't one. Each trading wallet pays its own fee account, created the first time it trades. On chain, a fee account only ever hears from that one wallet: following a fee leads to a dead end that knows nobody else.

  • Solana won't open an account with less than its rent minimum, so a wallet's first fee payment is at least about 0.00089 SOL. Whatever goes beyond that trade's fee is credit for its next ones, and a trade fully covered by credit carries no transfer at all.
  • A sell that couldn't cover its fee doesn't fail: it pays nothing now, and the wallet's next trade pays what it owes.
  • Apache collects from each fee account on its own, at its own random time, usually through one use wallets in between. No transaction ever touches two fee accounts.

Network costs

Solana and Pump.fun charge these whatever app you use. You set the ones that buy speed.

Network fee
Solana's base fee on every transaction. The status bar's Fee shows what one SOL transfer costs right now.
Priority feeyou choose
Pays for a place in the block. The launch's Priority fee, SOL per tx starts at 0.0001; the trade box's Priority, SOL at 0.0005, and Panic sell's at 0.002.
Jito tipyou choose
Sends a transaction through Jito. The launch bundle and each start buy carry one (0.0001 SOL by default, more with the speed presets), and a start buy adds 0.00001 SOL for Helius Sender; trades carry the trade box's tip, paid only if the trade lands, and 0 skips Jito.
Pump.fun's fee
Pump.fun's own trading fee on the curve. It's part of the quote, and Statistics counts it in what went in and came out.
Rentmostly comes back
A wallet needs about 0.00089 SOL just to exist, and each token account locks about 0.002 SOL until it's closed (Reclaim rent gets it back). Launch budgets keep a reserve for this: 0.03 SOL for the dev, 0.003 SOL per buyer.

Route costs

Direct
One network fee per transaction, with up to 20 wallets funded in one.
Relay2 to 5 hops
One network fee per hop, one wallet per transaction. Each hop is handed at least the rent minimum, which travels on with the SOL.
Privatewhen available
About 0.35% plus 0.001 SOL per wallet, taken by the exchange, with a minimum of about $12 per order read live. See Routes: direct, relay, exchange.
