Panic sell and burn

Everything out in one click, and burning part of the dev wallet's bag.

Two controls on the coin panel act on a whole position at once, and both sit behind a deliberate second step. Panic sell gets every wallet out of the coin right now. Burn has the dev wallet destroy part of its bag, so the coin's supply shrinks on chain for everyone to see.

Panic sell: 6 wallets selling now
Two clicks, four seconds apart at most. Then everything queued on the coin is cancelled and every wallet that holds it sells its whole bag at once, with the panic settings; a failed sell is sent again.

Panic sell

The red button at the top of the panel's side column. Under it you see how many wallets hold how much of the supply and roughly what selling it all at once would bring and do to the price. It's greyed out while no wallet holds the coin.

  1. Click once to arm it

The button turns solid red, reads Confirm · sell N and drains over four seconds. If you don't click again, it disarms on its own.

  2. Click again to sell

It reads Selling… and a toast confirms Panic sell: N wallets selling now. Everyone else on the coin gets Ann hit Panic sell in red.

What it does

  • Cancels everything still queued on the coin, such as the waiting wallets of a spread out buy.
  • Sells 100% of every wallet that holds the coin, all at once, with the panic settings.
  • Tries a failed sell again, up to five times, with a fresh quote each time.
  • When the round ends, sells any wallet that still holds tokens (a buy that landed late), twice over.

It shows in the Orders tab as PANIC, with who pressed it. Any member who can trade on the panel can use it.

Panic settings

Open the settings line in the trade box: the second row, Panic sell, holds its own transaction settings, separate from normal trades. Exit rules set to Fast exit use them too (Exit plan and auto sell).

Slippage, %40
Wide on purpose: getting out matters more than the last percent.
Priority, SOL0.002
A higher priority fee so the sells land ahead of the crowd.
Jito tip, SOL0.001
Paid only by a sell that lands, and sends it through Jito as well.

Burn

Burn sits in the trade box next to Handshake. It has the coin's dev wallet, the one that created it, destroy part of its own bag. Scanners show it as a dev burn, which is why only the dev wallet burns. Anyone who can trade on the panel can press it; it's off when the dev wallet is no longer in the workspace.

BURN20M · Dev 11/1
The review plans the burn against the chain, the confirmation burns exactly those tokens. The dev wallet's bag and the coin's total supply shrink together, and the burn shows in Orders for the whole team.
  1. Choose the amount

Amount in: Percent, either of supply (0.5, 1, 2, 5) or of the dev's bag (10, 25, 50, 100), or SOL worth of tokens at the last trade's price (0.1, 0.5, 1, 2). The preview shows Burns, Of supply, Worth and Dev keeps. Asking for more than the dev holds is an error, never quietly "all of it".

  2. Review burn

The server plans it against the chain right now: the dev's balance, the last trade's price. Confirm the burn then shows exactly the tokens that will burn, the share of supply and of the bag, Dev keeps, the Network fee and Platform fee: none.

  3. Burn

Burn N tokens burns exactly that number, or nothing. Back returns to the amount. A toast says it's burning; follow it in the Orders tab as BURN.

The rules of a burn

  • Whole or nothing. If the dev holds less by the time the transaction is built, the burn is skipped, not shrunk.
  • Never doubled. A burn that fails on chain isn't retried; one that expired is rebuilt with the same amount. Only one burn per coin can be in flight at a time.
  • No platform fee, since a burn isn't a trade. The dev wallet pays only the network fee, with your trade box's priority fee and tip, so it needs a little SOL (the confirmation says so when it's short).
  • Seen by all. Teammates get a toast (Ann is burning …), the team feed records it, and the Holders tab takes it off the dev's bag.
